Step 2: Extended Learning District Application
If you are invited to complete the District Application you will be emailed the application,CORI Form, Fingerprinting Guide, Finger Printing Instructions, and an Interest Survey. This data will help to assess how well your skills fit into our program and meet our student's needs. The application and Interest Survey should be scanned and emailed back to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your materials will be reviewed by the Extended Learning/Enrichment Curriculum and Assessment Coordinator and you may be contacted via email or phone with additional questions regarding your information.
Step 4: Invitation to Extended Learning School Based Interview

Step 5: Extended Learning School Based Selection
If invited to an Extended Learning Program School based interview, you can expect to participate in interview activities that allow the Extended Learning/Enrichment Curriculum and Assessment Coordinator to assess your abilities and skills. These activities might include working with small groups of Extended Learning students at one of our three sites. This process helps to determine if you would be a strong match for the program and if the program's instructional needs are a good fit for your background. If your skills are found to be a good match for the Extended Learning Program then you will be recommended for hire to the Superintendent.
Step 6. Hired/Paperwork
If the candidate is approved by the Superintendent then a hire/confirmation letter will be mailed to him/her. Prior to the candidate's official starting date a visit to the Human Resource Department to complete the necessary paperwork should be arranged. This can be arranged by contacting Darci Wardwell at 978-779-0539 ext 3029 to schedule an appointment.
Note: These steps represent a typical process, but your experience may vary. Our goal is to create a selection process that is as efficient as possible given the specific needs of the vacancy.
