Building Use Guidelines

The Nashoba Regional School District will be using School Dude/FS Direct software for scheduling ALL Building Use throughout the District.

If you are a new Group, you will need to contact Janet Kyle (contact information below) to add your Organization details to School Dude.

All Groups interested in the rental of our facilities will need to read the Building Use Policy below.

Upon reading the policy - you will need to scroll to the bottom of page 4 and click the I AGREE button.

All Groups interested in the rental of the Turf Stadium Field will need to read the Field Turf Complex Usage Policy below. Upon reading the policy - you will need to scroll to the bottom of page 2 and click the I AGREE button

You will then be taken to the School Dude Website and will be allowed to register and submit an Event request (district account number is 108317592).

All First Time Users

  1. Read the Building Use Policy / Guidelines or the Field Turf Complex Usage Policy

  2. Print the appropriate policy and follow the Quick Step Directions to entering a building use request in School Dude

  3. The initial password to setup an account is GREEN


Please Note 

All groups MUST have valid insurance information as outlined in the Building Use Policy above.  Any group's submitted request without this information will denied until proper proof of insurance has been provided.
