The FLLAC Educational Collaborative founding communities include Fitchburg, Leominster, Lancaster and Clinton.  The FLLAC Collaborative provides programs and/or specialized services for students with special needs, professional development opportunities for teachers and related service providers, and consultative services to member school districts.
