Decoding the Neuropsychological Evaluation -
Center School (Science Room- C131)- 403 Great Road, Stow, MA 01775
This talk will inform listeners about neuropsychological evaluations, specifically covering the following topics:
- What makes a good neuropsychological evaluation and how does it differ from a school evaluation?
- When should you get a neuropsychological evaluation for your child?
- How to find a good neuropsychologist: avoiding common pitfalls in the process.
- How to best use a neuropsychological evaluation to effectively support your child.
There will be some time for specific questions from the audience. Nancy Roosa, PsyD has been providing
neuropsychological evaluations for children since 1997. She is a senior clinician at NESCA and her
thorough assessments are particularly appropriate for children with complex profiles and those whose
presentations do not fit neatly into any one diagnostic box. For more details click here
