We are excited to announce that our NRSD Music Program has been recognized for the third year in a row as a Best Communities for Music Education by the National Association of Music Merchants Foundation. This is a distinct honor with only 24 districts across Massachusetts receiving this award!
The Foundation's Best Communities for Music Education (BCME) Program, celebrates schools that demonstrate exceptional commitment to music education and ensure its accessibility to all students. This designation not only acknowledges excellent musical education, but also provides tools and resources to enhance the visibility and support of those schools and districts noted.
The hardwork of our Music Program, will be fully showcased in May, when the they host their third annual Great Road Music Fesitival! This event brings ensembles and students across the district together at NRHS to perform and compete in front of four amazing music educators from across the state.
