Open Enrollment

Open enrollment runs from May 1 through May 31. During this period, employees and retirees under the age of 65 have the opportunity to add or make changes to their health, dental, and vision coverage, as applicable. All changes to medical, dental, and vision plans will take effect on September 1, while updates to Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) will take effect on July 1. For retirees over the age of 65, a separate open enrollment period is available from November 1 through November 30 for medical benefits, with any changes made during that time becoming effective on January 1. All dental changes to dental benefits should be made during the May 1 through May 31 enrollment period.
