Schedule Changes & Adding Days

Flexibility is important to us, and we understand that care needs can evolve. We're pleased to accommodate schedule changes for your convenience. Please note the following:

  • Change Deadline: Any schedule changes must be requested before the 28th of the month preceding the change. This ensures we can plan accordingly.

  • Using Change of Schedule Form: All schedule changes must be made using our Change of Schedule Form. Changes reported to the Site Coordinator or the Front Office won't take effect until the form is submitted and approved.

  • Reducing Days: You can always reduce the number of days your student attends.

  • Adding Days: Adding days depends on space availability.

The Extended Learning Program also allows enrolled families to add singular morning and afternoon care to their schedule. Families can add random additional days that they might need using our Schedule Change Form.

  • Additional Morning: $8.00

  • Additional Afternoon: $39.75

Absence Policy

We understand that occasionally, your student may be absent from the Extended Learning Program. To ensure that we can safely get your student where they need to be, we kindly request that you follow the below attendance procedure anytime that your student will not be attending on their regularly scheduled afternoon.

We do not require notification for morning program absences.
